Return Policy
Any unwashed and unused items may be returned for store credit. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Please fill out our customer service contact form for a return address. After 7 days, we regret that we cannot offer any returns. Store credit will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected for eligibility. If we find that the product is not in unworn and unwashed selling condition, the product will be returned at the buyer's expense.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label in such cases, and we will gladly replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please note that SHELETE reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or those received after the specified timeframe.
